This is a quick post to let you know about a great deal on TravelZoo for 2 nights in Cambria on the California Central Coast. The hotel for this deal is the Cambria Pines Lodge. Bob and I took advantage of this same deal a few years ago and really enjoyed our trip so we’re going to do it again this summer for our anniversary in June.
The TravelZoo Deal in Detail
The deal is $199 for 2 nights, 2 dinner entrees with a bottle of wine at the hotel dining room, a hot breakfast each morning and vouchers for wine tastings at 7 wineries. The $199 deal is for Sunday-Thursday nights only. It costs $80 extra for weekend nights. The usual rate at the Cambria Pines Lodge is $129 per week night without dinner and the wine tasting vouchers. Many of the wineries charge $10-20 for a tasting so the TravelZoo deal is pretty good.
The hotel itself is not on the water but it’s a short drive away. It’s also a bit of a drive to the wineries (about an hour) but it makes for a great day trip from Cambria. The town of Cambria is quite quaint and worth a few hours of time to explore.
